A supply crate is a special container, often made of wood, designed specifically to stock multiple items at once. They are used in the Mazes to deliver specific kinds of items in bulk, and tend to be stored away in warehouses or storage rooms, awaiting to be opened and their contents distributed to shops, and such.

Supply crates in Mazeworld are sometimes found and contain a variety of items. They are differentiated using their designation, a specific code printed on their lids and their sides which is used to identify and know in advance the contents of the crate.
Crates are particular in that, except in certain specific cases, they always contain the same assortments of objects - a crate of a given designation will always contain the corresponding set of items.
Lastly, it must be noted that supply crates cannot be carried in the inventory; one has to open the crate and take its contents instead.

There are four categories of supply crates.

  • Type- crates, which contain random assortments of items of all kinds.
  • Themed crates, which have a designation that may give a hint as to what is inside
  • Special crates, with designations starting by either CRAFT-, WPN-, AMMO-, DEF-, WEAR- or MEDAID depending on its contents.
  • Mystery crates, which always have random items, the designation of the crate may give a hint as to what type of object will be found inside - but beware, there might be uncanny surprises..

All weapons found in crates come without accessories attached on them (they will typically be separate), have DV 100% and RV 100%; they are all brand new, and they are always found with a full magazine (or equivalent). Furthermore, all ammunition found in crates is FMJ. The exception to those rules is for Mystery Crates: if weapons or ammunition are found in them, their ammunition type, accessories and DV/RV stats are all random.
