A supply crate is a special container, often made of wood, designed specifically to stock multiple items at once. They are used in the Mazes to deliver specific kinds of items in bulk, and tend to be stored away in warehouses or storage rooms, awaiting to be opened and their contents distributed to shops, and such.

Supply crates are sometimes found and contain a variety of items. They are differentiated using their designation, a specific code printed on their lids and their sides which is used to identify and know in advance the contents of the crate.
Crates are particular in that, except in certain specific cases, they always contain random assortments of objects. Lastly, it must be noted that supply crates cannot be carried in the inventory; one has to open the crate and take its contents instead.

Note; All items with condition ratings (such as firearms and clothing) found in crates are always found in perfect condition.

Random content

Standard series crates
  • The Lunch box is a crate that contains 4 random food items.
  • The Weapon crate is a crate that contains 1 random weapon + 2 magazines (if applicable) + 2 full retail boxes of ammunition (ammo type random, caliber matches the weapon)
  • The Ammo crate is a crate that contains 6 random retail boxes of ammunition. Calibers and ammo types are random.
  • The Clothing crate is a crate that contains 3 random pieces of clothing and armor.
  • The Shiny box is a crate that contains 3 random valuables.
  • The Medical crate is a crate that contains 3 random meds.
MARCs

Mixed Ammunition Resupply Crates (MARCs), a semi-random series of crates containing ammunition matching the caliber of all weapons equipped by the carrier. MARCs are convenience items - they guarantee a resupply of useful ammunition to the user.

MARCs contain only rounds of ammunition for the displayed weapon types; never full magazines, clips, or other feeding devices. They may also only be filled with retail ammunition, never handloads. This also means they can never be filled with spare weapons even if they are consumable to a degree (such as grenades, throwing knives, etc.)

They are packaged by weight and will contain only enough ammunition to fit the weight requirements. If a compartment is stated to contain 2 units of ammunition, then 2 units of ammunition for a given caliber will be found - meaning the actual amount of rounds found in a MARC is variable.

  • MARC-P1: Cardboard box package containing three 0.5-unit compartments for primary weapons - one per equipped weapon slot (Primary 1, Primary 2, Auxiliary)
  • MARC-P2: Metal can package containing three 2-unit compartments for primary weapons - one per equipped weapon slot (Primary 1, Primary 2, Auxiliary)
  • MARC-P3: Wooden crate package containing three 6-unit compartments for primary weapons - one per equipped weapon slot (Primary 1, Primary 2, Auxiliary)
  • MARC-S1: Cardboard box package containing two 0.5-unit compartments for secondary weapons - one per equipped weapon slot (Holster 1, Holster 2)
  • MARC-S2: Metal can box package containing two 2-unit compartments for secondary weapons - one per equipped weapon slot (Holster 1, Holster 2)
  • MARC-S3: Wooden crate package containing tackage containing two 6-unit compartments for secondary weapons - one per equipped weapon slot (Holster 1, Holster 2)
