Point shooting is an ability, which consists in using a firearm in a manner that prioritizes speed over accuracy.
Point shooting can be used with any weapon that would be considered a firearm (this excludes the Pen gun and the Fragmentalizer). When declared, a character using point shooting will draw and fire much more quickly than usual, and will not be using their weapon's sights or optics, instead relying on instinctive aiming.
The effects of point shooting are as follows:
- IS tier -1 (Faster)
- Failure Threshold (FT) +1 (Less accurate)
- Bonuses from weapon optics are negated ; the shooter is not using the sights.
