Real-life data
VGM-93 grenades were developed for use in the unique KBP GM94, a pump-action grenade launcher. VGM-93.100 grenades achieve a thermobaric effect, which has both high-explosive and incendiary properties.
Not much is known about the VGM-93 grenades other than they are 43mm grenades incompatible in any other known weapon system. Several types of grenades were produced, the most common of which being the VGM-93.100; these are known to have a higher claimed blast radius and flammability than other incendiary grenades. The GM94 being intended to be both a military and law enforcement weapon, rounds developed for this grenade launcher have varying purposes which may appeal to both fields of work; other variants include the VGM-93.200 tear gas grenade, the VGM-93.300 smoke grenade and the VGM-93.400 flashbang grenade.
