The 7.62x51mm NATO (also known as .308 Winchester or 7.62 NATO) is a large rifle caliber developed in 1954, and suited for battle rifles, sniper rifles, and in belted form, machine guns.

How to read this?

  • Available for purchase in a gun shop or a weapon shop, in retail boxes of 20 rounds (80 P$/box)
  • Ammo belts exist for the M60 (100 rounds, 600 P$, 1.5 unit empty) and the HK21E (50 rounds, 375 P$, 1 unit empty)
  • Value of a single round is 4 P$
  • Recoil level of this round is 4 - Heavy

It must be noted that belts for the M60 and for the HK21E are not interchangeable.
