CAWS saboted is a type of load for the special-purpose 12 gauge belted cartridge developed by Heckler & Koch and Olin/Winchester for use in the Heckler & Koch CAWS. While saboted slugs are not known to have been produced in real life, they are represented in the Mazes as a possible, and plausible offering.
