The SMAW rocket is the rocket type used by the Talley Mk153 SMAW rocket launcher.
It is a type of explosive ordnance, as such it delivers explosive-type damage.

Fragments
The Mk3 is a HE/Frag rocket. Upon exploding, it has a chance to release between 0 and 48 fragments to each victim affected by splash damage. The damage chart shown underneath represents the power of each fragment, should they hit a target.
Remember that while explosive shockwaves can hit encounters behind cover (due to splash damage), fragmentation does not, and will hit cover first.
