In Mazeworld, cocaine can be treated as a combat-enhancing drug, as it boosts by 10% strength and reduces by 10% sensitivity to Pain. It also increases alertness, allowing the contestant to avoid possible traps, although not an efficient method, as alertness is only increased temporarily and will wane away with the other effects over time. The only drawback cocaine causes is a major one - users will suffer from hallucinations, making them lose grip on reality and start confusing one thing for another; though it must be noted that among the three drugs in Mazeworld that cause hallucinations, it is the one that does not affect accuracy.

Cocaine is notable for causing hallucinations, but not having an accuracy reducing effect.
Because of the hallucinations it creates, cocaine is a poor combat-enhancing drug despite the effects it gives, as the contestant will not know who or what his/her opponent really is (unless he/she consumes the drug during a fight with an already-known enemy). It should only be used in emergencies, if combat is inevitable but if Pain levels are high or have chances of going too high.

Cocaine is a stimulant drug acting on the central nervous system. Known by hundreds of slang words, among which the most well-known are snow, coke, yayo, white and so on, it is a well-known drug, used for both medical and recreational purposes.

A powerful nervous system stimulant, the effects of cocaine on the organism are various and long-lasting, usually between 15 and 30 minutes. Among other things, cocaine increases alertness, boosts confidence, but may also increase anxiety, and lead to paranoia and paranoiac delusions.

In real-life, it is also very well-known for being an extremely addictive drug - the better known effects of cocaine are not those suffered on consumption, but when under an addiction to the substance. It may lead to psychosis, depression, increased risk of strokes, heart infarction, dyspnea, insomnia or hypersomnia, and other effects.

Strategy

In Mazeworld, cocaine can be treated as a combat-enhancing drug, as it boosts by 10% strength and reduces by 10% sensitivity to Pain. It also increases alertness, allowing the contestant to avoid possible traps, although not an efficient method, as alertness is only increased temporarily and will wane away with the other effects over time. Cocaine isn't without its negative effects however - users will suffer from hallucinations, making them lose grip on reality and start confusing one thing for another. It will also dramatically accelerate hunger.

Aside from the usual methods of finding (at random in the rooms or purchased in a hospital room), Cocaine can notably be found in MEDAID4 crates.

Being white powder, a form of medical aid that has no placebo form, it is generally not recommended to consume it unidentified, as it could be the similar PCP. The drug should be identified by a medic or a peaceful scientist. Due to its poor efficiency as a combat enhancing drug, and its high selling price, cocaine may also be sold for a reasonable amount of money to a medic.
