A lighter is a key item in Mazeworld. It is a small object mounted on a wristband, which produces a small flame. Lighters are used to light cigarettes and joints.
Lighters can also be used as a weapon, although they deal no damage and require the contestant to be extremely close to its target for effective use. However, should that attack succeed, it will in most cases set the enemy on fire, which causes constant Pain at a rate of 5% per turn until it is doused.
