.260 Remington (no ontology)
From Mazeworld
.260 Remington (also known as .260 Rem or 6.5-08 A-Square) is a large rifle caliber, first developed in the United States as a wildcat cartridge derived from .308 Winchester necked down to .264 caliber (6.7mm), then produced as a factory load by Remington from 1997 onwards. It is designed to be a lighter, less-recoiling and flatter-shooting alternative to 7.62 NATO.
In the Mazes, it is one of the so-called rare calibers, ammunition for which no standard production firearms and no boxed ammunition exists, but for which certain Maze Customs services are available.
